Everybody was 100% amazing all staff exceptional, covid measures in place robust .from start to finish excellent treatment and care - thank you
Suggested improvements
The initial booking area is not private at all , I don’t like giving my PID and reason for visit in such close proximity to waiting patients .
You can be overheard in that area and beyond the door . That logistics issue doesn’t take away from the fab clinical Or admin staff

All staff very polite abs respectful.
Didn’t have to change mask though from mine to supplied one which I was surprised.

To see door handles abs doors wiped down.

Visited a&e with my son who needed an X-ray. Very efficient and COVID compliant. We were seen promptly and were able to ask all relevant questions without feeling rushed. Great service all round.

The nurse practitioner was very patient, engaged beilliantly with my son, explaining about his injury and then also explaining to me about what to expect and things to watch out for. Didn't feel rushed.
